I came to New York in 1989 and expected to flee in three years. After more than twenty years, countless jobs, a NY driver’s license and seventeen days of jury duty, that doesn’t seem to be panning out. As a NYC based art director and creative director I have worked with both Fortune 500 global brands and small local clients to create smart, fast, and effective creative work. As a Group Creative Director I either created or oversaw the creation of global campaigns. In some cases I worked with a centralized client and creative team, in others I supervised creative teams and worked with clients around the world. And in a few cases, I did the work and managed the account single-handedly. I love photography. I believe that bad design is bad for the soul. And only thing that's more fun than playing ice hockey is helping to coach youth hockey. After an initial misadventure in applied math, I received a B.A. in Government. I live with my family in Manhattan; and, until the seas rise, we’re staying here.
